It was a momentous occasion yesterday when we took Bodhi to the Rogers Centre for the first time! We've been waiting out the winter, gearing up for when we could put Bodhi is his Jays jersey for the first time and take him to his first ball game. He did so well! He was completely fascinated by what was going on around him and sat quietly on our laps the whole time watching the big screen, the crowds of people and all of the action. It looks like we may have a baseball fan on our hands (fingers crossed!). This, of course, brings up new questions for us - what if he doesn't like baseball? Will it be like my poor family who all loved sailing and would have to listen to me complain every time they wanted us to head out on the water? Or worse! What if he's a Yankees fan? He did seem to perk up every time Derek Jeter came up to bat - uh oh.
Next stop - Blue Jays spring training!
