Happy Halloween!

Bodhi's first Halloween was very eventful and a big hit! It started with a visit to Waterloo to see Peter, Farida, Ethan and Gavin last weekend. We carved pumpkins, roasted (and ate many) pumpkin seeds and even inherited some of the boys old costumes for future Halloweens. It was a great visit and Bodhi had a great time playing with the smaller pumpkins and gourds and staring in disbelief at all of the decorations.

On Thursday we had our Halloween-themed song group and Bodhi showed off his best pumpkin impression. Very cute! He was happy to wear it - even the hat - smiling the whole way through it. We sang tons of Halloween songs and enjoyed all the other little costumes - there were witches, butterflies, little ducks, and even Darth Vader showed up for a song or two.

On Halloween we had a special visitor - Grandma! We had a great weekend touring about the city and getting all the Grandma cuddles in that we could. Bodhi was his usual charming self and giggled and cooed the whole weekend through - he knows the way to make a Grandma happy that's for sure!

Well, now it's November and we're about to embark on Bodhi's first winter. Stay tuned for many interesting snowy adventures! 6 months old here we come! I can't believe he's almost a half!!!!
