Family Day weekend!

What an amazing weekend we had! Monday was Family Day so we had a nice long weekend in the city. We had a fun hangout day on Saturday - playing, watching movies, napping and cuddling. On Sunday we got up bright and early and headed off for the zoo! This was Bodhi's first trip to the zoo and it was so much fun! The highlight was definitely the huge aquarium - Bodhi spent a long time just watching the fish and reaching out to try and touch them. It was amazing to watch. We saw snakes and frogs and lizards - Bodhi was completely fascinated by each and every movement! He was in heaven all wrapped up in his snowsuit, perched on his daddy's shoulders and checking everything out. The weekend ended with a visit from Bodhi's Grandma and Grandpa Walmsely - complete with lots of snuggles and kisses!

This was such a great connecting weekend for our little family. No phones, no computers, no distractions - just us. What a great team we are. There is a lot of love in our house!
